What we collect and why
With your consent, we store your normalized email address, signup time, consent-text version, invitation status and related batch/operation records to manage an access invitation. Joining creates no account or household. Your consent is for an invitation, not a newsletter.
Storage and service providers
The private waiting-list database is hosted by Cloudflare. Authorized administrators can review entries. When an administrator invites you, the existing FamilyOS invitation service uses Supabase and Resend to prepare and deliver that invitation. Family household data is separate from this waiting list. We do not sell your email or use advertising analytics on this page.
Abuse prevention
We use short-lived form challenges and hashed network-address rate-limit counters to protect the service. These counters expire after an hour and are removed during maintenance. Hosting providers may process network information to deliver and secure the website.
Retention
Waiting entries are retained for up to 12 months. Identifying waiting-list information for withdrawn or completed entries is removed after 90 days; minimal non-email audit records are retained for up to 12 months. Encrypted daily backups are retained for 14 days and pre-migration backups for 30 days. Invitation and account records have their own application lifecycle.
Your choices
Withdraw consent at any time using the private link shown after signup, or contact us. Withdrawal stops remaining waiting-list invitations; it cannot recall an email already sent. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, and raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed with your consent.
